helpmegetfunding.com is operated by UIGuys.com. We are a free matching service, not a lender. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
When you fill out our form, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, industry, state, time in business, monthly revenue range, self-reported credit range, and what you need funding for. We also record the date and time you submitted, your IP address and browser type, and the consent you gave. We do not ask for your Social Security number or bank account details.
We use your information to match you with a lender or funder that handles requests like yours, and to keep a record of your request and consent.
We share your information with one or more funding partners so they can contact you about your request. If you get funded, that partner may pay us a referral fee. We do not sell your information to list brokers or marketing lists. We may also disclose information when required by law.
If you check the consent box, helpmegetfunding.com and its funding partners may contact you by phone, text and email, including by automated means, about your funding request. Consent isn't required to get funded. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to stop all contact.
We keep your request and consent record for as long as needed to match you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
